Inspired by the Death in the Afternoon cocktail made up of Absinthe and Champagne, invented by Ernest Hemingway; this truffle blends the richness of semi-sweet dark chocolate with the unique freshness, acidic, and fruity/flora sharpness of Champagne with a light black licorice finish that mimics Absinthe. (There is no alcohol in this truffle.)

Ingredients: Chocolate (Cacao beans, cane sugar, cocoa butter, sunflower lecithin, vanilla beans), heavy cream, dextrose, orange oil, honey, orange (orange, glucose syrup, sugar, citric acid), anise.
