Decadent dark chocolate paired with strawberries and Isot-Urfa Pepper from the southeast Sanliurfa ancient region of Turkey, known for this special pepper who’s taste and fragrance are slightly smoky, salty, and earthy, with a sprinkle of the deep crimson spice, within its fragrant, mild heat. The peppers go through a two part process to bring out their unique characteristics; sun-dried during the day and wrapped tightly at night to promote “sweating” which infuses the flavor into the remaining moisture of the pepper. Packaged in a clear cellophane bag.
